26.01.2023 - Wolf Racing Cars' collaboration with ACI Sport and the Italian championships is intensifying. After the successful experiment of the Italian Sport prototypes championship, which has been held as a single-make championship with the Wolf GB08 Thunder since 2018, the new Italian hill-climb junior championship, which will debut in the 2023 season, will also be animated by the prestigious Italian-made challenger designed, developed and built in the Gardone Val Trompia factory.
The new series, recently announced by ACI Sport, will allow emerging young drivers born after January 1st, 1996 to compete on the technical and exciting stage of the Italian hill-climb championship, with the expertise and preparation of Wolf Racing Cars in these competitions.
The series, which will be included in the Major championship, will consist of 8 events with the classification made by 6 useful results. The winner of the 2023 Championship will be entitled to race in the CIVM 2024 on the official Wolf GB08 Mistral in the E2SS 2000 version. Participants over 27 will also be admitted and will take part in the Master classification as in the case of on-track racing.
