Andrea Frizza Ready for CISP 2025 with V-Action

Andrea Frizza is gearing up for his second consecutive season in the Italian Sport Prototype Championship, having been confirmed once again by the V-Action team. The 22-year-old driver from Brescia aims to secure his first victories in the championship after a 2024 season that saw him achieve three third-place finishes and win the ACI Sport Rookie Cup. Additionally, he received the prestigious Memorial Belotti award, given to the driver who stands out for sportsmanship.

At the wheel of the Wolf GB08 Raiden, Frizza is ready to take a step forward: "This year, I want to raise the bar and aim for race wins," he stated, hinting that with strong results, he could even challenge for the title.

V-Action team manager Daniele Vernuccio strongly believes in Andrea's potential: "I'm happy to have Andrea with us again. I know his true worth, and I'm convinced he can do even better. Now that he has more experience with the Raiden, he has everything it takes to stand out."

The collaboration with V-Action was a natural choice for Frizza, who has found an ideal environment for his growth as a driver: "With V-Action, I truly feel at home. We work very well together, and I believe it's the right choice to continue improving," the Brescia native explained.

Beyond his racing career, 2025 will also be a year of significant milestones off the track for Frizza. In September, he will graduate from the Swiss School of Management and then join his family business, which specializes in the production of technical fabrics.

Vernuccio also confirmed that V-Action will field four cars in the championship and that the other drivers will be announced in the coming weeks: "My goal is to build a young team with drivers under 25 or even younger. I enjoy supporting young talents coming from karting and helping them grow. This aligns with the spirit of the championship, which should serve as a stepping stone category. However, I do not rule out the possibility of giving an opportunity to a gentleman driver as well."

With a solid team behind him and ever-growing ambition, Andrea Frizza is ready to hit the track and showcase his talent in the 2025 Italian Sport Prototype Championship.
